His ease with the piano has been praised by La Presse as “technically effortless”, and “astonishingly confident” by The Cleveland Classical Review. In 2016, he garnered international recognition with a Second Prize win at the Elisabeth Competition in Brussels – one of the most prestigious competitions in the world. Henry Kramer will be joined by two other award-winning musicians violinist Yoojin Jang and cellist Matthew Zalkind to perform piano trios by Schubert, Ravel, and Mendelssohnat the Vancouver Chamber Music Society’s season premiere at the Anvil Centre on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at 3:00 PM.
